Merl H. Wayman, is an O.S.B.A. Board Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law, and Workers' Compensation. He practices in multiple areas of employment litigation, employee benefits workers' compensation. He has also represented clients before the majority of Ohio Courts of Appeals, the Ohio Supreme Court and the federal courts. Mr. Wayman received his B.A. degree from Ohio University and his J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. He has also served as a speaker before various professional organizations and has published articles on the subject of employment law. Since 2004, his peers nominated him to appear in the Martindale Hubbell Attorney Directory with the distinction of having an "AV" rating which is the highest rating given to an attorney for professional excellence and integrity. He is a member of the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association and has served on the Executive Board of its State chapter.
