Biography
Stephen E. “Ned” Dutton was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He earned his B.A. in Italian Studies from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, and his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Dutton spent four years as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Elizabeth A. Preston Deavers at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. With extensive experience in high-stakes civil litigation, he has represented and defended clients at every stage of litigation before Ohio state and federal courts, as well as state and federal agencies across the country.
